KR-112B Mini Ice Plant Training System

modelo : KR-112B

The Mini Ice Plant Training System (KR-112B) provides a learning platform for users to understand the ice making methods of traditional ice making factory, it achieves integration of teaching content and practice, through physical part layout and software monitoring analysis of the ice making system.
In the practical part, the platform teaches users to learn how to operate the brine cycle refrigeration and practice adjusting the concentration in brine, which can be made by various raw materials, such as propylene glycol and ethylene glycol. Furthermore, students can examine the influence of brine concentration on different frozen objects.
The system adopts industrial ice making method. Through actual operation, users can learn the corresponding relationship between the heat dissipation capabilities of different cooling methods (forced air cooling and water cooling). It has a builtin Human Machine Interface and operates according to the refrigeration standard process control system.

1. Application of Mollier chart Through Mollier diagrams to understand system status and differences between ideal and actual refrigeration cycles

2. Calculation of refrigeration capacity Using the discharge capacity of compressor to calculate the refrigeration capacity

3. Calculation of cooling water Using the refrigeration capacity to calculate the required amount of the cooling water learning how to select suitable water pumps in the future

4. Calculation of chilled water Learning how much brine volume is required for different ice and various frozen products that would like to be produced

5. Calculation of condenser capacity Using Mollier Chart Calculate capacity for condenser and capacity match Calculate with cooling towers

6. Testing of the capacity of the cooling tower Adjusting the cooling capacity by changing the air volume of the cooling tower

7. Adjustment of brine concentration Adjust the brine concentration and observe the effects

8. Ice-Making rate changes Adjusting the brine flow to adjust the speed of making ice

9. Expansion valve Adjusting the flow rate of refrigerant to observe the impact on the system

10. Troubleshooting practices Through simulate faults to practice troubleshooting

1. Modern mini ice plant system, an ideal solution to understand the different freezing methods (ex: ice transparency) relative to industrial level.
2. Learn brine cycle refrigeration system.
3. Study variable factors of brines concentration adjustment and its influence to different frozen objects.
4. Discuss the process and principles of the ice making system.
5. Conform to industrial ice making way.
6. The self-designed transparent cooling water tower provides different air volumes to simulate and observe the effect of heat rejection caused by environment variation.
7. The system uses a human machine inter face (HMI) combined with traditional switches for operation control.
